We may contact your eye care provider or request a copy of your original prescription to verify the information. We will not process your order without a valid prescription.

4. Product Descriptions and Colors

We strive to display product colors accurately. However, the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee exact color representation. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver products promptly to the address provided. Delivery times are subject to delays beyond our control and will not exceed 30 days. We will keep you informed of your order’s status via email.

6. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order and return products within seven (7) working days of order confirmation ("Return Period") without providing a reason. You must follow our Returns Policy, including returning products in their original packaging. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products until they are returned to us.

7. Eyeglasses Policy

- Production Times:
Prescription lens production times vary based on prescription complexity and lens type. Glasses are shipped after lenses are crafted and mounted.
- Contact Lenses:
Delivery times vary based on lens type. Stocked items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

8. Payment and Coupons

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Easy Paisa, and Cash on Delivery. Only one coupon code may be used per order. Ownership and risk transfer to you upon shipment.

9. Trademarks

Eye Blue, The Contact Lens Store, and other graphics, logos, and service names are trademarks of Eye Blue. These trademarks may not be used in connection with third-party products or services or in any manner that disparages Eye Blue. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners.

10. Our Rights
